The Story

Why slow bros?

The name has a double meaning. Our Dad likes to joke that we’re a little slow in the head sometimes. He might be right, but it also represents a deep brotherly bond, and the absolute fact that we cook our meats incredibly low and incredibly slow.

We run our pit with the exact same precision, speed, and standard as a high-end, five-star kitchen line, but we do it in the backyard with our entire heart and soul poured into the wood smoke.
